Responsible Participation Policy

Prize Pak is designed to be a fair and transparent lucky draw platform. We expect all members to participate responsibly and ethically.

• Do not attempt to manipulate the draw system or exploit any perceived vulnerabilities.
• Treat our administration and support staff with respect. Abusive language or threats will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.
• Only purchase bonds using funds that legally belong to you.

To ensure equal opportunity and prevent systemic abuse, Prize Pak strictly enforces a "One Account Per User" policy.

• Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account.
• Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, phone numbers, or variations of your name is strictly prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, and active bonds may be subject to review.

We take fraud prevention seriously to protect our community and the integrity of the prize pool.

• Submitting fake, forged, or altered payment transaction IDs is a severe violation.
• Attempting to claim refunds for bonds purchased with unauthorized funds will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Prize Pak cooperates fully with local law enforcement and financial institutions regarding investigations into fraudulent transactions.

Our systems monitor for unusual patterns that may indicate automated abuse, fraud, or security breaches.

• If suspicious activity is detected on your account (e.g., rapid successive purchase attempts with failed IDs, unusual login locations), we may temporarily freeze your account to protect your funds and our platform.
• In such cases, you may be required to provide additional identity verification before full access is restored.

• You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Prize Pak platform, including automating bond purchases or scraping draw results.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or draw algorithms.
• Distributing false information about Prize Pak's operations or draw fairness to manipulate other users is prohibited.

Prize Pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates this Responsible Participation Policy.

• Temporary Suspension: Applied during investigations of suspicious activity or minor policy infractions. Withdrawals and new purchases are paused.
• Permanent Ban: Applied for severe violations, including fraud, deliberate system manipulation, or repeated violations of the One Account policy. In the event of a permanent ban, eligible funds may be returned to the original payment method at the administration's discretion, minus any administrative fees or fraudulent gains.
