Terms & Conditions

By registering an account on Prize Pak, you agree to the following membership rules:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan and possess a valid CNIC.
• All provided information (name, email, mobile number) must be accurate and belong to you.
• Memberships are non-transferable. You cannot sell, trade, or transfer your account or associated prize bonds to another individual.

• Bond purchases are processed exclusively via approved payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
• A bond is only considered active and eligible for draws once the payment transaction ID has been verified by our administration team.
• Pending bonds do not participate in lucky draws until their status changes to "approved".
• Prize Pak reserves the right to reject any bond purchase if the payment verification fails or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Lucky draws are conducted on the 1st of every month. Participation is subject to the following:

• Only bonds with an "approved" and "active" status at the time of the draw are entered into the pool.
• Bonds purchased and approved on the day of the draw may be rolled over to the subsequent month's draw at the administration's discretion.
• Withdrawn or rejected bonds are permanently excluded from all future draws.
• The draw algorithm is random, and every active bond within its respective plan has an equal chance of winning.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).
• Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
• You must notify Prize Pak immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used are legally yours or that you have explicit permission to use them.

Draw results are published on the Prize Pak platform shortly after the draw is conducted.

• Results are made available in an accessible format (e.g., PDF) on the "Results" page.
• Winners are notified via their registered email address.
• Prize Pak is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect email addresses or spam filter settings.
• The published results on the official Prize Pak website are considered final and binding.

Prize Pak reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
• Update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Adjust prize amounts or plan structures for future bonds (existing active bonds will retain the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase).

Prize Pak, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Any issues arising from third-party payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) or delays in transaction processing beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Prize Pak for active, non-withdrawn bonds.
